How this Works for the Client?
On a typical day, a recruiter would be able to accommodate seven to eight interview time slots. Of those candidates, typically four to five candidates would ultimately advance to an offer, an Interview-to-hire ratios of approximately 2:1or success rate of 60%. With pre-qualified candidates, the interviews were shorter, and more qualified candidates could be interviewed. As a result two recruiters are now able to evaluate up to 40 pre-screened and qualified candidates per week. Of those, 24 would go on to become successful hires. The success rate of candidates interviewed soared from 30% to more than 80%.

The Process

Step 1: Define Minimum Job Criteria

  • Understanding of the client's business and company culture.
  • Obtain Hiring Manager job description on position's scope and responsibilities, compensation package, reporting relationships, and profile of the Ideal candidate.
  • Develop the list of target companies.

Step 2: Identify Targets and Candidates

  • Develop targeted company locations, phone numbers and list of all potential qualified candidates in each location.
  • Search our proprietary database and network of contacts.
  • Locate and identify potential candidates using direct sourcing methods.

Step 3: Identify Qualified and Interested Candidates

  • Pre-screen and evaluate candidates for a match to the minimum criteria in the job specification.
  • Determine if qualified candidates are interested in having a phone interview with the client company.
  • Document a detailed profile of all candidates that qualified and have an interest.
  • Confirm with each qualified and interested candidate via e-mail to expect a call from Client Company.

Step 4: Communicate with Client

  • Review with client each candidate qualifications, years of industry experience and their interest level.
  • Provide a detailed list of all qualified prospective candidate to client.
